The ZPW36 multi-function core-covered tablet press is a new model developed by our company recently, integrating the functional features of the traditional ZPW20 and ZPW26 core-covered tablet press and the current new model of core-covered tablet press. The machine has a novel appearance, reasonable structure, easy operation, stable operation, safe and reliable electrical functions, meets the latest GMP specifications, and is an ideal model for core-covered tablet press manufacturers to upgrade.
Applications :
core-covered tablet press is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry.It can compress pre-pressed core tablet into ordinary tablets, suitable for the production of sustained-release tablets, light-protected control, oxygen protection, and the compression of two types of drugs that do not mix with each other.Through the technology of encapsulating drugs in microspheres, the timing of drug release can be precisely designed, the speed and extent of drug release can be controlled, the therapeutic effect of drugs can be improved, and side effects can be reduced.The core-covered tablet press is not limited to the pharmaceutical industry, but also applied to the confectionery industry.It can be used to suppress different flavors of sandwich powdered sugar.
