The machine is a new multifunctional small rotary tablet press develped by our company.It can press single-layer,double-layer and ring-shaped tablets.It is mainly suitable for research & development in pharmaceutical industry,university laboratory,pharmaceutical research institute,hospital.

Feature:

1. Without handwheel structure,main pressure,pre-pressure and filling volume can be adjusted through touch screen automatically.
2. With main pressure and tablet ejection force display.
3. Adopt double impeller forceed feeder for producing single layer tablet,and adopt single impeller forced feeder for producing double-layer tablets.
4. With electronic measurement ruler,tablet thickness and filling depth can be displayed.
5. Automatic sampling function of the first layer tablet when producing double layer tablets.
6. Touch screen and PLC control,with frequency control system.
7. Equipped with automatic lubrication system and pressure overload protection function.
