Double press rollers, double side output tablets, many punches, it is suitable for mass production.
Double impellers type force feeder. It can improve the fluidity and filling of the granular, so ensures the feeding precision
The strength of the pressure is strong and the pre-pressure can be adjusted that can extend the pressing time.
Automatic oil & grease central lubrication system. Ensure the lubrication of pressure rollers, toolings and tracks, extending the working life of the machine.
The machine is equipped with sensors pressure protection device, when the pressure is over, it will stop automatically so that can protect the punch pins from damaged.
Controlled by PLC and touch screen, simple and easy to operate.
After some changes, the machine can press double layer tablets. (It is according to customers' requirements. )
