Product Description

Applications:
The capsule sorting/ polishing machine is specially used for de-dusting, polishing, feeding and sorting of various types of capsules. It can remove the dust on the surface of the capsule, improve the surface finish, and remove the empty capsule, broken capsule and capsule with less powder. This product is suitable for all types of capsules.

Working Principle
The uphill rotation type capsule polishing machine drives the capsule to make a circular spiral motion along the polishing cylinder wall through the rotary motion of the brush, so that the capsule moves forward along the spiral spring. Under the constant friction with the brush and the polishing cylinder wall, the capsule shell surface is polished, and the polished capsule enters the capsule separation from the discharge port. In the capsule sorting device, due to the negative pressure, the lightweight unqualified capsules rise under the action of air flow, enter the collection box through the suction pipe, the heavy qualified capsules continue to fall, and discharge the materials through the movable discharge hopper, so as to effectively achieve the purpose of polishing and waste removal. The powder and small pieces brushed off in the polishing process enter the sealing cylinder through the small hole on the wall of the polishing cylinder, and are sucked into the vacuum cleaner for recycling
