Product Description

Applications:
This machine is a new type of automatic rotary continuous tablet press, specifically designed to compress granular materials into tablets, capable of producing both round and irregularly shaped tablets. The machine features high torque and a reasonable structure, with an enlarged pressure roller shaft for smoother operation. It is suitable for laboratory trials and small-scale production, primarily used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. The ZPT model is equipped with an upper punch with an oil ring, meeting international standards.
Feature:
1. This miniature multi-die tablet press based on further improvement of the previous model is more applicable and humane to technological research and small-scale production of pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, electronics, etc. It is preferred to check whether granular materials can be pressed into tablets.
2. This product is suitable for pressing granular materials with the powder content (more than 100 meshes) no more than 10% into tablets (within its pressure range).
3. This product is suitable for making 4-22mm round or special-shaped or engraved tablets.
4. This product is not suitable for pressing semi-solids, wet particles, moisture-absorbing materials with low melting points, and powder without particles.
