Product Description

Application:
The machine is rotary tablet press machine. It makes various granular materials into tablets which are not only the round tablets, but also the irregular tablets, such as the ring tablets and the elliptical tablets. The machine is suitable for small production capacity.

Feature:
The housing of the machine is fully closed. The surface of the inside rotary turret is made of stainless steel which can protect the surface clean and prevent cross pollution.
The protective cover is made of PMMA. Man can observed clearly how it works. And all the door of the cover can be opened which is easy to clean and maintenance.
Speed is controlled by frequency inverter. The operation is simple.
The machine is equipped with the screen from what man can see the turret speed. It also has the function when the pressure is over, it can stop automatically.
There is a pre-pressure roller. The function is that it extends the pressing time, in order to make the tablets with the best quality.
The traditional system is fully closed in the oil tank under the main device. It couldn't be polluted by each other.
Man could choose the force feeder.
