Applications:
This machine is a double-press type continuous automatic tablet press machine for pressing granular raw materials into tablets.It is mainly used in pharmaceutical,chemistry,foodstuff,electronic industries and suitable for pressing a variety of tablets,such as:medicine tablets,candy tablets,calcium tablets,camphor pills,salt tablets and powder metallurgy products.

- HMI operation interface is rich and friendly which can display real-time working pressure, rotating speed, output counter and other data.
- Made of stainless steel,the housing is fully closed.The parts in contact with drugs are made of stainless steel material or through special surface treatment, non-toxic and corrosion resistant, the machine conforms to GMP requirements.
- Adopt transparent windows,tableting state can be observed clearly.The windows can be opened,cleaning and maintenance is easy.
- The machine is equipped with pressure sensor,which can display the working pressure in real time and the machine can stop automatically in case of over-pressure.
- The upper punch adopts double rail lifting, so that the punch running force is more balanced and not easy to wear.
- Touch screen and PLC control, easy to operate, rich interface, safe and reliable.
- With high power motor and high torque reducer, to achieve smooth power output.
- With a variety of safety protection devices (emergency stop, over-pressure, door and window protection, motor overload).
- With oil prevention, dust prevention and noise protection.
- With automatic lubrication system, fully lubricate the pressure wheel, track and punching rod to extend the service life and reduce wear.
- Optional forced feeder, two-color tablets, ring shape tablets and other functions.
