Application:
The machine is a double-press type, continuous automatic tablet press for pressing granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic industry to large-size tablets production.

Features:
1. The machine is compliance with the GMP requirement on the production of pharmaceuticals. The compression compartment is entirely separated from the driving mechanisms. All spare parts to be in contact with the pharmaceuticals are made of stainless steel or with the surface being treated specially for non-toxicity & corrosion proof. The compression compartment is enclosed with transparent organdie glass, to prevent contaminates. The compression area can be accessed from the four sides with all surfaces being smooth & easy to clean.

2. With the main machine and operation control panel separated, this machine is convenient in operation & maintenance. An overload protection unit is included in the system to avoid the damage of the pinches and operations, when overload occur, the machine step auto metrically. This machine is included forced add materials device, insure to filling of tablets.
